The remains found buried in the backyard of an Airport Road home have been identified as a Concord man who has been missing since last February.
Human remains, now identified as Anthony Meunier, 49 at the time of his death, were found buried at the home last Saturday, according to Concord police in a press release.
There isn’t a threat to the public, and the investigation remains active, authorities said.
Meunier was reported missing on Monday, Feb. 20, 2023 and was last seen by a family member on Friday, Feb. 17, 2023. He was said, back in January, to have associates on Airport Road.
Meunier was photographed making a withdrawal from a Bangor Savings Bank ATM at 100 Loudon Road around 11:10 a.m. on the day he was last seen by family.
