Ready for spring, flowers, fruits, and nature? Lucky for you, Merrimack County Conservation District knows just what you’ll want to plant this spring!
This year, the Conservation District is offering a variety of perennials including natives like black cohosh and butterfly weed as well as trees and shrubs like balsam fir, tulip poplar, white pine and highbush cranberry. Create food for the family with our fruit trees, blueberry bushes, raspberries, onions, and more. MCCD also offers locally grown potted plants that benefit pollinators.
Priority orders will be due by Friday, March 28th. Pick-up will take place at Carter Hill Orchard in Concord on April 25 from 4 to 6 p.m. and April 26 from 9 a.m. to noon; at Blazing Star Grange in Danbury on Saturday, May 3 from 9 a.m. to noon; or by special arrangement.
