Police said the rear window of a state police cruiser was kicked out by a Claremont woman on Tuesday night after she was arrested in Concord for driving under the influence.

While patrolling I-93 in Concord around midnight, a state trooper stopped a swerving and speeding vehicle traveling nearly 100 mph in a posted 55 mph, according to New Hampshire State Police.

After a roadside investigation, the trooper attempted to arrest the operator, identified as Lisa Marie Kroeger-Kangas, 46, of Claremont. During the arrest, police said she resisted and was eventually placed in the rear of the police cruiser when she kicked out the right passenger window, sending shattered class at two troopers.

She was charged with aggravated driving under the influence, resisting arrest, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and reckless operation.

She was transported to the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen where she refused bail pending an arraignment on Wednesday.
