Hundreds rallied in front of the New Hampshire State House on Wednesday as part of a national effort to protest the Trump administration and the Project 2025 agenda.

Protesters have taken issue with several recent actions by Trump and his administration and are urging federal workers not to comply with the president’s incentive to resign.

The national movement — 50 States, 50 Protests, 1 Day — has gained traction on social media. It seeks to fight fascism and support human rights through protests at every state capitol building.

Graham Baker of East Wakefield expressed frustration with what he called an overreach by the Trump administration, especially in regards to access to federal payment systems granted to Elon Musk. “I’m just shocked at … how it’s been done by an unelected oligarch with a couple handful of minions who are all up there, taking personnel records, going through them specifically looking for a purity purge. This is all the stuff which is outlined in Project 2025.”

The state capitol protests coincided with a rally in Washington where hundreds of supporters of the U.S. aid agency protested the dismantling of the independent government agency.
