Mr. Mayotte, I feel fairly sure that you are not deplorable, trash or dumb, nor are many that voted for the president elect. However, may I remind you that he is the one who made being so hateful and incredibly insensitive acceptable. He has made fun of handicapped people, encouraged beating up protestors at his rallies and viciously insults anyone who does not agree with him.

And further if someone participated in assaulting law enforcement on Jan. 6 or marched in Charlottesville or belongs to the Proud Boys, I think they set themselves up to be called deplorable. You are absolutely correct that 76 million people voted for him and as opposed to his actions, this time there will be a peaceful transfer of power. You got what you wanted; only time will tell if you will like what you get.
