New London

Kritsada Panya was awarded Kearsarge Regional High School’s February Student of the Month. Students of the Month are nominated and selected by faculty in recognition of their positive conduct and character, both on and off campus. The honor is an acknowledgement of an individual’s positive moral character and contributions to the school community.

Candace Wescom was awarded Kearsarge Regional High School’s March Student of the Month.

Lilah Batholomew placed second in the New Hampshire Poetry Out Loud State Championship, and she was named the alternate for the National Finals, which will be held in Washington, D.C. in May.

Northwood

Francesca Ferguson was one of 18 students nationwide, and the only student ever from New Hampshire, to receive the Bertie Green Junior Travel Award, a travel scholarship awarded by the Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica (National Spanish Honor Society), part of the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese. This year, awardees will travel to Costa Rica.
