Concord Yard Art celebration

Local artists and community leaders have organized the first Yard Art Concord celebration. During the month of June, all Concord and Penacook residents are encouraged to adorn their open spaces with homemade art. The event is an act of community building, and bringing fun and creativity to neighborhoods across the city. Community members are encouraged to utilize found and upcycled materials to put their creativity on display. The citywide exhibit will start on June 1, and run all month, or until the Yard Art falls apart. Residents who want to learn more can find the Yard Art Concord 2023 Facebook group at www.facebook.com/groups/yardartconcord. Passersby are encouraged to take photos and share on social media using the hashtag #YardArtConcord.
